Sunnex, Inc., a leading manufacturer of anti-vibration and leveling machine mounts, offers the SP-Series of machine pads designed to insulate machinery against the adverse effects of impact, vibration, structure-borne noise and slippage. The machine pads are ideal for heavy machinery including metal forming equipment, large presses, and power generation equipment.

The SP-Series is resistant to all types of grease, acid, oil and cooling emulsion, typically found in manufacturing environments. SP machines pads also offer excellent tolerance to a wide range of temperature variations and are easily designed to meet specific thickness and shape requirements. All pads are made of special nitrile rubber and contain no PVC or silicon. Available in 5 classifications, SP machine pads each offer their own specific hardness, natural frequency and load-bearing characteristics. The SP-Series holds load capacities from 25 to 300 PSI, allowing almost any type of equipment to be isolated effectively.
