Sunnex, a leading manufacturer of anti-vibration and leveling machine mounts, offers its rugged
M-Series of heavy duty machine mounts for industrial applications, including automatic lathes, grinding machines, injection molding machines, and drilling/milling machines. Designed for equipment that does not require floor fastening, the Sunnex M-Series can handle loads from
100-12,000 lbs., and features a built-in leveling bolt. The mounts provide direct leveling and insulate machinery against the adverse effects of structure-born noise.

The Sunnex M-Series machine mounts are specially designed with the use of FEM analysis to prevent material fatigue from fast working cycle times, high shear loads, and strong lateral forces in heavy machinery. They feature a unique mechanically fastened nitrile pad that is chemically resistant to most fluids and efficiently dampens up to 80% of machine or environmental vibration. Replacement of the M-Series requires simply unscrewing and sliding the mount under the machine.
