Mounts Offer Precision Leveling for Heavy Loads

Sunnex, Inc., a leading manufacturer of anti-vibration and leveling machine mounts, offers its WM Series of wedge mounts for industrial machinery. Designed to provide precision leveling, the wedge mounts ensure a precise fit between the leveling plate and the base, eliminating horizontal sway and improving machinery operation.

Topped by an anti-slip pad and mounted on a damping machine pad, the mounts reduce vibration up to 80% and prevent creeping and walking in compliance with OSHA anchoring requirements. The mounts can be easily bolted to the machine or to concrete flooring, and are easily adjustable.

The wedge mounts are designed for a load range from 1,000 to 60,000 lbs, and are available in bolt-on, bolt-through, and free standing models. Sunnex bedding systems are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and applications, including stainless steel and zinc-plated, articulated machine mounts, and machine bedding pads.
